Elderberry, Elder, sambucus canadensis

Eleven Acre Farm  is located on 11.11 acres in Beautiful Charlotte, Vermont, among the limestone drumlins and forested clay plain soils of the Champlain Valley.

Our farm is naturally resplendent with medicinal herbs, nut trees,  , berry bushes, and more. Plants such as Bloodroot(Sanguineria canadensis), Wild Ginger (Asarum canadense), Black Currant ( ribes nigra spp), Shagbark Hickory(Carya ovata), Sugar Maple(Acer saccharum), and  Wild Leek(Allium tricocchum) thrive naturally here.

We are dedicated to regenerative agriculture practices and are working to plant crops that build soil, resilient food systems, and offer nutrient dense foods. Currently we are a transitioning organic farm, with USDA certification available in late 2015, early 2016.
